  I first stumbled upon Cupcake Heaven when making a trip to the yarn store next door. It was a spectacular find! I love the atmosphere, the kind and cheery employees, and of course the cupcakes. I surprised my boyfriend (who works in DC, near many big-name cupcake establishments) with one, and he said, "I think this is the best cupcake I've ever had."

  The cupcakes are good, a good variety and special flavors of the week. They also sell GF cupcakes. Only reason for not scoring higher is because of the server I had. I left feeling I had impositioned her by asking questions about the flavors, and that I was keeping her from doing something more important than waiting on me.
